May 2009: “I am very pleased yet again that our team of highly dedicated tutors has delivered a fantastic series of courses in Manchester. You can you view our actual completed feedback forms, which show that the vast majority of our delegates rated the tutors as excellent and no one rated them lower than good/very good. Not surprisingly, many delegates have booked to attend our other courses. Our tutors are our greatest asset and most delegates have commented that they are approachable, extremely knowledgeable and give highly practical based courses.

(All our courses have a standard structure so they will be essentially the same whether you attend in Glasgow or London).

We really value the feedback from our delegates and they form the foundation of our continuous course improvement programme and allow us to ensure the right tutors are selected for our courses."
