Advanced Chemical Peel Course: Introduction

This is a Skin Tech Advanced Chemical Peel course, where you be will taught by Dr Phiippe Deprez, the creator of the Skin Tech range.

The course will cover the application of Unideep (23% TCA), which can penetrate to the papillary dermis. The resulting frosting is an even pink-white rather than pure white. The main indications of this TCA are: a more aggressive treatment of photoaging, melasma, keratosis and fine lines. A single peel is usually enough to achieve deep regeneration of the skin. It can be applied locally and in combination with a more superficial peel.

You will also learn about hand rejuvenation with EasyTCA (15%) and sandabrasion techniques, the latter can be useful for acne scarred patients.

The OnlyTouch can be used to treat keratoses and lentigines where a relative deep treatment is needed. This is a deep TCA peel (40%).

There will be demonstrations of these techniques on live patients by Dr Deprez. This course is suitable for doctors, dentists and nurses. (Sandabrasion is a doctor/dentist only procedure).
